This is by far the most wonderful company I’ve worked for. The environment promotes learning and growth while holding individuals accountable for their actions. The perks and benefits are fantastic, the workforce is diverse.
NFCU is one of the best places to work, with the best benefits. They are very family oriented and offer 12 weeks paid maternity leave, four weeks paid parental leave, 12 weeks paid adoption leave and offer to assist with adoption financing. Companies just don’t do things like this and I feel very blessed to be here. They care about their employees and constantly look for ways to better their lives.
