4. The Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
Employees who work at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) rate this company most highly for its maternity and adoptive leave policy, great coworkers, and paid time off.
LA residents, rejoice! This software company (behind products like TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Mint) is most highly rated for its wellness initiatives, which include access to a private health clinic, access to more than 8,500 fitness centers across the country plus on-site fitness centers, healthy subsidized meals on campus, flu shots, health program reimbursement up to $1,000, and more.

Though based in New York City, American Express has a large presence in Los Angeles. This is the only financial services company to make this list of the best places to work in LA, though not the only list it’s made—AmEx ranks number one on our list of financial services companies where women are most satisfied with their pay.
